Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- 2 tbsp semolina (sooji)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp eno (fruit salt)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp oil (for greasing)
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix besan, semolina, turmeric, ginger-green chili paste, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and water to form a smooth batter.
- Add eno and mix quickly.
- Grease the mug with oil, pour in the batter, and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Let it cool for a minute, and your Mug Dhokla is ready to enjoy!
