Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp water
- Sliced mangoes for garnish
Cooking Method:
- Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter, press into pan for crust.
- Beat cream cheese, add mango pulp and powdered sugar.
- Dissolve gelatin in water, add to cream cheese mixture.
- Pour over crust, refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- Garnish with sliced mangoes. Enjoy!
