Ingredients:
- Crispy cones (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix potatoes, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and coriander in a bowl.
- Add chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Spoon the mixture into the crispy cones.
- Drizzle with tamarind chutney and yogurt.
- Garnish with extra coriander and serve immediately. Enjoy!
