Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (chana)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend chickpeas, mint leaves, lemon juice, honey, salt, and cold water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a jug.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes if desired.
