Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated beetroot
- 1/2 cup finely chopped veggies (carrot, cabbage, bell peppers)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dimsum wrappers
Instructions:
- Sauté ginger-garlic paste in sesame oil until fragrant.
- Add grated beetroot and chopped veggies, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until veggies are tender.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each dimsum wrapper, fold, and seal the edges.
- Steam the dimsums for 10-12 minutes until translucent.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
